The perfect side for any meal prep or dinner dish! I usually pair this my Cuban Picadillo, but it would be delicious with any protein or on the side of an asian-inspired chicken dish (garlic chicken recipe coming soon!).
Total time (prep/cook): 15 min
Difficulty Level: Easy
1 lb of broccolini
2 tbsp oil (I use olive oil or avocado oil)
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Squeeze of lemon/lime
Rinse broccolini and cut the stems about 1/2 inch from the bottom. Season with salt, pepper and some oil
Add oil and broccolini to pan and on medium heat sauté from 5-7 min.
Add in the minced garlic and sauté on low for 3-5 more minutes until broccolini is tender.
Ready to serve!
